WELCOME TO MEERING DARTMOOR PONIES
Meering Dartmoor Stud is a small stud based in Derbyshire. We kept our first dartmoor ponies in the mid 70s and since then have bred and shown pure and part bred Dartmoor ponies.We breed for type and temperament, only producing two or three foals every year. These are well handled and socialised and every year we may have some ponies for sale. 2013 will see the arrival of the fourth generation born since the stud re-launched in 2001.
Our ponies have gone on to some wonderful homes and are now breeding, being ridden, shown as open, WHP, lead rein and first ridden ponies. One is part of a Dartmoor driving pair.
